Mobile Voting
Mobile voting is a convenient option available to electors who are unable to attend a polling station on General Election Day due to illness, disability, or because they will be working on that day and would find it difficult to attend the poll. As outlined in Section 50 of the Elections Act (2022 Revision), mobile voting allows eligible electors to vote in advance, either at a designated mobile voting location or at their residence or other location, depending on their circumstances.
To apply for mobile voting, electors must complete Form C and submit the completed form to
Approved mobile voting takes place in the week leading up to General Election Day. Voting is conducted at designated mobile polling stations across the Islands, or, for those confined to their homes, by mobile teams who will visit voters at their residence.
